About Us
Kinetix Physical Therapy is a local, PT-owned private practice. We help patients return to work, sports, and everyday activities as soon as and as safely as possible, using innovative techniques and providing high-quality, patient-focused care. Our treatment approach is simple:one-on-one appointments with Doctors of Physical Therapy. This allows you to receive the education, experience, and hands-on treatment you need to reach your recovery goals.
Our Kinetix Physical Therapy Salem clinic opened in 2022 (formerly known as SportsCare with the exact same team, ownership and mission, just with a new name). We are known for helping patients achieve successful outcomes while providing a fun and rewarding experience
Meet The Team
Physical Therapist, Director
Caleb Zimmerman, PT, DPT
Caleb was born in Virginia and grew up in a variety of other locations across the US including North Carolina, Mississippi, Colorado, Iowa, Washington, and now Oregon. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Seattle University, then his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Fox University in Newberg, OR.
Caleb’s clinical interests include treating orthopedic conditions, particularly low back pain, with an emphasis on promoting patient empowerment. He will take the time to address all patient concerns about their condition, and provide a clear plan going forward.
When not in the clinic, he spends time with his significant other and their blue heeler. Caleb enjoys being active through tennis, ultimate frisbee, running, and virtually any pursuit that affords the opportunity to appreciate all that the PNW has to offer.
Physical Therapist
Anthony Agostini, PT, DPT
Anthony was born in Redding, CA and spent most of his early life in “The Northstate”. Upon graduating high school he worked as a firefighter for Cal Fire for 10 years. During this time Anthony received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Chico State University. Following his undergraduate studies, Anthony moved to Austin, TX and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine.
Anthony’s clinical interests include treating a multitude of orthopedic injuries, with an emphasis in knee rehabilitation having suffered from three knee surgeries himself. Anthony’s approach is to incorporate functional movement and patient empowerment during the rehabilitation process.
When Anthony is not in the clinic he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and spending time with his fiance Bree and their chocolate lab, Quill.
Location
Kinetix Physical Therapy Salem is located in the Fairview Industrial Drive business park. We are just off of Madrona Avenue, and across from the Salem Municipal Airport. Our clinic sees patients from Salem/Keizer and the surrounding area including Independence, Rosedale, Sunnyside, Turner, and Aumsville. Our spacious parking lot is located directly next to the clinic and offers multiple handicap spaces for easy accessibility.
